Riley Rivers
President
Born and raised in Anaconda Montana, Riley discovered his entrepreneurial passion at young age. Upon moving to Bozeman to attend Montana State University in pursuit of a business management degree, Riley started his snow removal business while attending MSU. Riley graduated from the MSU Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship in 2019. With the creation of Rivers Landscaping in 2017, Riley combined his passion for entrepreneurship with his passion for creating stunning outdoor living spaces.
Aidan Theard
Residential Division Manager
Aidan joined Rivers Landscaping in 2017 during the company's inception. Also a graduate of Anaconda High School, Aidan had a successful cross country and track career at Dickensen State University in North Dakota. Upon leaving DSU, Aidan Moved back to Montana, joining Rivers Landscaping as the operations manager. Aidan is a proven leader, hard worker and a driving force of the culture of Rivers Landscaping. As an avid outdoorsman , and enjoys all that Montana and the surrounding area has to offer.
Paige McCarthy
Office Manager
Paige joined the team in January 2021 to ensure a smooth running office and handle many admin duties for us. She is a graduate of MSU with a Bachelors of Science In Business Management & Marketing.
